Repair Abseiling Limited reserves the right

1; to assess the reasonable possibilities of any projects on site, and postpone, suspend or cancel any work based on

a; the predictable weather conditions (free of charge, but it can affect the leading time, dead line, time frame of the project)

b; safe / unsafe work conditions

c; new findings in/on/around the reported issue which can affect the subject of the project (undertakings, safe work conditions, guarantees, internal or external areas, further damages which can be caused by the work needs to be carried out, excess / extra / additional works, other building issues)

d; free / restricted access to the building, roof, flat, or other areas of the subject of the project

e; parking / unloading difficulties

f; RA ltd invoices any work, expenses, attendance (in case of an aborted day) if the previously arranged conditions of the project are not appropriate, cover the requirements, which needs to be provided by the customer for the successful completion. The minimum charge of this is £1000.00 + VAT

2; Repair Abseiling Limited does not undertake any responsibility for any

a; false or misleading information about the real conditions and/or requirements provided by other contractors, surveyors, surveyor reports, scope of work, work sheet, picture documentation or the customer(s) directly

b; hidden issues (general building issues, asbestos, faulty installation or mistakes by the original builders)

c; missing or lack of adequate information

d; consequences of the findings, which can affect the original undertakings

d; RA ltd can modify the scope of work based on the real requirements of the project

e; RA ltd. invoices (proportionally) any work carried out if the project itself cannot be completed fully or the final result would be unreasonable, unfair or against the law.         1; f is also applicable.

3; Repair Abseiling Limited undertakes guarantee on the reasonable level for the work carried out by RA ltd team only, which exclude any other, relating (structural, building, design, …etc issues), hidden, or linked issues.

4; Repair Abseiling Limited refuses any claim about disputable internal or external damage of the building and its facilities, relating the work or survey carried out in/on the building (access, doors, walls, carpets, floors, roofs, any internal or external areas, structures and surfaces)

5; Payment term is 30 days from the date of invoice in case of commercial customers and 5 days in case of any residential customer. The payment must be managed by bank transfer to the account of Repair Abseiling Limited (see on the invoice and quotation)

6; Repair Abseiling Limited accepts email conversations and order confirmation for any work (which is the base of the formal quotations) and set up the formal invoice about the completed works after completion.

7; Repair Abseiling Limited sets up a detailed Risk Assessment and Safety Method Statement (RAMS) for each projects / work and take responsibility for any team members and safe working method.

8; Repair Abseiling Limited doesn’t accept any fees, retentions, deductions, …etc. Any of these must be added to the net amount.

9; Repair Abseiling Limited doesn’t accept any “subcontractor” eligibility requirements subsequently, after completion of the project in the invoicing / payment process or the delay of the payment based on these requirements (bank details, certificates, accreditations, subcontractor questionary, …etc. All of these requirements must be clarified / arranged in advance, before any work starts.

10; Repair Abseiling Limited charges a day fully / completely in case of any “daily rate” quoted project, where the 8am to 4pm worktime is indicative only, no matter the time spent on site in reality, but after 4pm the overtime is also chargeable proportionally and calculated with an extra 50% surcharge.
